大学外语部成立于 2005 年 6 月 , 在旅专承担着除外语专业学生之外的其它所有专业学生的英语及其它外语的教学培训任务。大学外语部现有教职员工 33 人,其中,副教授 9 名,讲师 8 名,具有硕士学位或研究生学历的教师 26 名。大学外语部的全体教职员工秉承 “一切为了学生 ”的宗旨,除了不断加大科研力度外,凭借强大的师资力量和丰富的教学经验,竭诚为学生提供所有与英语学习有关的课内和课外的优质培训服务,殚精竭虑地为学生搭架通往成功的桥梁。

Getting to know about Public Foreign Language Teaching & Research Dept: June 19, 2005 is the day when the department was established. The team is currently made up of 33 members, among whom are 9 associate professors, 8 senior lecturers, and 26 lecturers with MA degrees or MA diplomas. Working under the principle of “All for the students”, the ever strongest team not only put more efforts in ELT research but also share their dominant ELT expertise with all the students by offering the best in-class and after-class English-learning services with a view to providing the most important step-stone on their way to success.
