旅游学系是复旦大学的新兴系科之一,为上海市旅游事业管理委员会授予的“上海市高等院校旅游专业定点单位”。

As one of the emerging department in Fudan University, the Department of Tourism has been honored as Specially-Designated Tourism Education Unit in Colleges and Universities in Shanghai by Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration Commission.

旅游学系渊源于1989年历史学系开设的旅游与旅游文化类课程,1993年经国家教委批准正式设立旅游管理专业。2002年正式建系,其党政工作由历史学系兼管。1995年获准设立旅游管理硕士点,为上海最早培养旅游管理硕士的高校之一。2005年,与管理学院合作申请旅游管理博士点成功,并于2006年开始招收旅游管理博士研究生。

Tourism education in Fudan University was originated from taught courses in tourism studies and culture tourism by the Department of History in 1989, and was officially approved by the national Ministry of Education as a formal major. The year 2002 witnessed the establishment of Department of Tourism under the administration of the Department of History. The Master’s course in tourism management was approved in 1995, which enabled Fudan to the first qualified universities in Shanghai to offer master’s degree in tourism management. Later, the joint Doctoral program with assistance from Fudan School of Management was developed in 2005 and enrolled the first PhD candidates majoring in tourism management in 2006.

旅游学系现有专任教师14人,其中教授3人,博士生导师2人,副教授5人,讲师6人,兼职教授、博士生导师3人。大部分教师具有博士学位,或有博士后研究经历。分别具有旅游学、管理学、经济学、历史学、地理学、外语等学科背景,师资队伍的学科构成齐整、合理。

The Department of Tourism boasts a strong teaching team of 14 full-time faculties consisting of 3 professors (2 PhD advisors included) and 5 associate professors, as well as 3 assistant professors and PhD supervisors, most of whom have Doctor’s degrees or post-doctoral research experiences in tourism studies, management, economics, history, geography or language studies.

旅游学系自建立本科专业以来,除承担本系的本科生、硕士生(含单招硕士)和博士生的培养任务外,还承担复旦大学网络教育学院和复旦大学继续教育学院旅游管理本科、会展管理本科的教学工作,并先后与海南大学、河南省旅游局、浙江省旅游培训中心、宁波市旅游局、舟山市组织部等单位合作,开办旅游管理硕士课程进修班。在科研方面也做出了重大成绩,仅近几年就主持承担了国家社科/自然科学基金科研项目4项,省部级项目7项以及其它众多横向课题,主编出版4套大学教材,1套旅游管理研究丛书,国内首套旅游MBA著作丛书,出版系学术刊物《复旦旅游学集刊》,获上海市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖2项,上海市政府决策咨询奖1项。已形成学科门类较为齐全、学科特色较为明显,具有开拓创新的学科特色。

Since the bachelor’s course was given, the Department of Tourism has been long reputed for its industrial and social commitment besides its undergraduate, postgraduate (part-time degree programs included) and PhD education of students in its own department and also Bachelor’s degree pursuers majoring in tourism and convention management from College of Distance Education and Continuing Education. It has developed close on-job Master’s education partnerships with Hainan University, Tourism Bureau of Henan Province and Ningbo City, Tourism Training Center of Zhengjiang Province, and the Department of Organization of CPC in Zhoushan City. The faculties have contributed significantly in academic research highlighted by 4 research projects funded by National Social/Natural Science Foundation and 7 provincial/ministerial level projects and other latitudinal programs, as well as major publications of 4 sets of university textbooks, 1 set of research works in tourism studies, the first tourism MBA book collection, and department’s collective research works. The Department of Tourism has developed a comprehensive education and research structure in the spirit of academic innovation marked by 2 Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Excellent Research Awards and 1 Shanghai Municipal Government Decision Making Counseling Award.

现任旅游学系系主任为章清教授,党总支书记为金光耀教授。

The current Dean of the Department is Prof. Zhang Qing, and the Secretary of CPC Branch is Prof. Jin Guangyao.
